Roasted Potatoes

                                                                 
Made roast potatoes for the first time a couple of weeks ago-and they were delicious. I never realized how easy they were to make. I put two tsp. of oil in the pan ( 9x11 ) and cut up about 4 yellow potatoes
into bite-sized chunks. Next I sprinkled them with salt, pepper, and paprika and tossed them until they were coated with the oil. After that, I put them in the oven ,uncovered, at 375-400 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.  I gave them a stir about half-way through. The last time I made them, I added rosemary to the seasonings. They are absolutely scrumptious.
